Digital Growth 101
Refund Policy
Last updated: 9 September 2026
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for digital products purchased from Digital Growth 101. It does not limit any rights you have under UK consumer law.
1. Contacting us
To request help, cancellation or a refund, email hello@digitalgrowth101.com. Please include your name, order number, product name, purchase date and a brief explanation of the issue.
2. Digital downloads
Products sold through WooCommerce are digital downloads. If you are a UK consumer, you normally have 14 days from entering an online contract to change your mind. However, this cancellation right can end once supply of the digital content begins, provided you expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel when the download or access started.
If you have purchased a download but access has not yet begun, contact us within 14 days of purchase to request cancellation. We will consider the request in accordance with your statutory rights and the information presented at checkout.
3. Faulty, misdescribed or inaccessible content
If a digital product is faulty, materially different from its description or cannot be accessed using the stated requirements, please contact us promptly. We will first try to provide a working copy, correct the issue or give reasonable technical assistance. Where the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or refund under consumer law.
4. Change-of-mind requests after access begins
We do not normally provide change-of-mind refunds after a download or access has begun where valid consent and acknowledgement were obtained. We may nevertheless consider exceptional circumstances at our discretion. This discretionary approach does not affect statutory rights.
5. Duplicate purchases and payment errors
If you appear to have been charged twice for the same product, or an incorrect amount has been taken, contact us as soon as possible. Once verified, an incorrect or duplicate charge will be refunded.
6. TidyCal bookings and consultancy
TidyCal is currently used to schedule conversations and consultancy sessions, not to take payment for them. This digital-download policy therefore does not govern those bookings. If a paid sprint, consultancy session or other service is agreed separately, its price, cancellation and rescheduling terms will be provided as part of that agreement. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change a booking.
7. Skool community
Where Skool community access is included with a purchased product or offered separately, any refund or cancellation rights will be stated at the point of purchase or in the applicable membership description. Removal from the community for a serious breach of the community standards does not automatically create a right to a refund, subject always to mandatory consumer rights.
8. Approved refunds
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. We aim to authorise them promptly and, where consumer law specifies a deadline, within that deadline. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be excluded. UK consumers can find general guidance at GOV.UK Consumer Protection Rights.
10. Business customers
If you purchase wholly or mainly for business use, consumer cancellation rules may not apply. Refunds for business purchases will be assessed under the product description, these policies and applicable law.
