Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 9 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Digital Growth 101 website, digital products, accounts, community features and related services. By using the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

This website is operated by Tawemedia Ltd, trading as Digital Growth 101, registered in England and Wales under company number 06225564. Registered address: 27 Sealands Drive, Mumbles, Swansea, SA3 4JU. Email: hello@digitalgrowth101.com.

2. Website use

You may use the website only for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape content at scale or use our material unlawfully or misleadingly.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep login details secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity through your account. We may reasonably suspend or close an account to protect users, enforce these terms, investigate misuse or comply with law.

4. Skool community

A Digital Growth 101 community hosted on Skool is also subject to Skool’s platform terms and any membership description. Members must communicate respectfully and must not post unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, deceptive, infringing or confidential material, spam, or promotions without permission. Do not share another person’s information without a proper basis.

We may moderate or remove content and restrict access where these standards are breached. Member opinions are their own. Community discussions are general information, not professional advice.

5. Digital products

WooCommerce products are digital downloads unless stated otherwise. Product pages describe their main features, format, price and access arrangements. You should check suitability and compatibility before ordering.

6. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept it and send confirmation or provide access. Prices, currency and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by the selected payment provider. We may cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unauthorised payment or legal restriction and will refund any payment taken for that cancelled order.

7. Delivery

Downloads are normally supplied through an on-screen link, email or account after successful payment. Contact us if access does not arrive or does not work. Delivery may occasionally be delayed by maintenance, email filtering or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Download licence

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own personal or internal business use. You must not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share access credentials, remove ownership notices or present the content as your own. Templates may be adapted for your own use but not resold or distributed as a competing product.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. UK consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for online purchases. Where you expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that starting access or download ends the cancellation right, the change-of-mind right ends when supply begins. Faulty, misdescribed or inaccessible content remains covered by consumer law. See our Refund Policy for the process.

10. TidyCal and consultancy

Calls and consultancy may be booked through TidyCal, a third-party booking platform with its own terms and privacy arrangements. Digital Growth 101 does not currently take payment through TidyCal. Any paid sprint, consultancy or other service is governed by the description, price, cancellation arrangements and additional terms provided when agreed.

11. Educational information and results

Website, download, training and community content is general educational information. Results depend on individual circumstances and implementation; no particular commercial, marketing, search or other outcome is guaranteed. You remain responsible for business decisions and for obtaining specialist advice where appropriate.

12. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website, branding, text, graphics, videos, downloads, training materials and original community resources belong to or are licensed to Tawemedia Ltd. Nothing transfers ownership to you. Public pages may be linked to fairly and lawfully without suggesting an endorsement that does not exist.

13. Third-party services

The website may link to or integrate with WooCommerce, payment providers, TidyCal, Skool and other services. We do not control their availability, security, content or terms and are not responsible for matters solely within a third party’s control.

14. Availability and changes

We aim to provide reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance and make reasonable changes to content, features or these terms. Changes will not remove rights already acquired under a completed consumer purchase.

15. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by failure to follow instructions or secure an account, or business loss arising from free general information. For a business purchase, our total liability relating to a product will normally be limited to the price paid, so far as the law permits.

16. Ending access

You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or end access for a material breach, misuse of content or risk to users or the service. Terms concerning ownership, payment, liability and disputes continue where relevant.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumers also retain mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts applicable where they live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns informally.
